Nicolas M. Babinsky, Esq. has been practicing civil and criminal trial law since 1994. Mr. Babinsky is a 1989 graduate of Florida International University and 1993 graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.

During law school, Mr. Babinsky interned with the Law Offices of Holland & Knight, LLP in the Miami office's white collar crime and civil litigation departments. Soon after, graduation from law school, Mr. Babinsky joined the Miami Dade Public Defender's Office where he honed his trial skills for 6 years as a criminal trial attorney in the misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony divisions. After representing hundreds of clients for the Miami Dade Public Defender's Office for 6 years, Mr. Babinsky joined Geico Insurance as an in house trial attorney and then later joined Progressive Insurance Company as a senior trial attorney. After 3 years of litigating for and protecting major insurance companies, Mr. Babinsky opened his own firm and put his experience to work for the benefit of his own injured clients.

Mr. Babinsky's trial experience and intimate knowledge of how insurance companies adjust and value claims has given him an invaluable insight into the investigation and litigation of multiple types of personal injury cases.
